My responsibilities are quite varied and include, but are not limited to:(i) reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts (purchasing agreements, master service agreements, confidentiality agreements, leasing agreements, etc.);(ii) investigating and managing general liability and litigation matters and to liaise with insurance updating and revising company policies;(iv) providing legal training to employees;(v) coordinating with various departments on internal legal matters (HR, Safety, Fleet, etc);(vi) reviewing marketing and sales content;(vii) counseling on various employment and labor-related managing outside counsel; and (ix) communicating effectively with all levels of business operations.
