Shine On combines intelligent automation with deeply human support, treating providers as primary stakeholders and using AI agents to remove friction, admin, and burnout — so people can focus on doing meaningful work well.Alongside this, I’m building Sahara Simulations, an immersive systems project exploring identity, perception, and decision-making through alternate reality frameworks. It’s where my interest in psychology, systems design, and meaning-making converge — not as theory, but as lived experience.Running through all of this is KIMBA — the Discipline of Authenticity. KIMBA isn’t a mindset or a brand; it’s a practice. A way of removing masks, aligning behaviour with values, and learning to operate honestly in complex systems — whether that’s business, relationships, or inner life. I work with founders, leaders, and individuals who are done pretending and ready to build from something real.I’m also the author of Time Not Here, a psychological novel that explores trust, perception, and the thin boundary between reality and interpretation.
