A Certified Scrum Product Owner, trained in product management, project management and business analysis, I am a creative and analytical professional with over 12 years’ experience in technology and publishing.In my time at T&F I have worked across a range of projects and initiatives, specializing in understanding customer and business needs to improve outcomes for stakeholders through process improvements, combined with identifying commercial opportunities for new products, services and features, seeing these through from conception to delivery. I have represented T&F at a number of industry events such as the Charleston Library Conference on Books and Serials. I sit on a number of committees including CrossRef’s CrossMark advisory group, I am also an ORCID ambassador and a member of the STM Association Early Career Publishers Committee.
