Experienced freelance change and strategy consultant with over 20 years freelance consultancy experience delivering complex programmes and projects to some of the largest companies in the Financial Services industry. Over 40 years in the industry with a very significant and consistent record of success spread across many years in multiple sectors but with specialisms in Life and Pensions, Brokerage, Investment & Private Banking, Asset Management and Retail Investments. I have worked in the UK and internationally for many companies including consultancy work in a number of offshore domains for Credit Suisse and in Luxembourg for a UK subsidiary of Banque Generale where I managed the UK Investment administration outsourcing business. Much of my career has been in IT with my last permanent role as Head of IT for NatWests retail trading brokerage and investment operations ( PEP, ISA and Corporate employee Services) I have led teams of up to 100 FTE and significant annual budgets.A genuine all-rounder able to provide programme and project leadership as well as consultancy assignments including large scale transformation, product development,technical and business Integration, systems development, IT systems reviews, systems selection including RFI/RFP process and Programme/ Project delivery review and recovery work. Front, middle and back office experience in UK and internationally for a number of companies. Very experienced in operating at C-level having been at board level in earlier permanent work. Used to working in complex matrix organisations with strong communication and stakeholder management expertise.
