The job involves the implementation of PDO\'s external affairs and communications plan, the editing of the full range of the company\'s internal and external communications and the promotion of PDO\'s brand and reputation in the national and international media.I am also heavily involved in crisis communications, strategic counsel and media relations.The editorial work includes speech-writing for the Managing Director and other directors, press release drafting, corporate blogging, social media posts, reactive statements and fact sheets. I also edit marketing collateral, presentations, award submissions and film scripts. Among my other key responsibilities are the compilation of the Company\'s annual report and media briefing guide, the company staff magazine and the Managing Director\'s monthly staff message.
