Job Responsibilities: • Provide ongoing coaching and development to help team members recognize their strengths and opportunities for increased contribution. Ensure each employee knows how they affect results • Collaborate with business to develop value-based talent strategies that support business objectives • Partner with Business Leaders to develop improved action plans for succession and capability development through regular talent discussions • Coach key customers on application of company principles; Focus on talent development, capability gaps, compensation, and individual transformation • Leverage knowledge from Talent discussion and partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for external candidate outreach and Talent mapping activities • Seek knowledge of external customers and industry trends to deepen business knowledge and support business strategy and key profit drivers
