My role is hands-on and people-focused, bridging the creative and commercial aspects of our projects. I collaborate with our Design, Preconstruction, and Commercial teams to make sure expectations are aligned, briefs are actionable, and transitions into delivery are seamless.I’m also part of a wider effort at Anchor Point to shape how we define and measure the client experience — ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and long-term value across every interaction. By staying closely involved and continuously improving how we listen and respond, I help reinforce our reputation as a trusted partner in creating bespoke, high-performance workspaces.
