   Led the operations, training and project planning for 33 PLUTO and OCA flight controllers supporting the IT systems and uplink/downlink capabilities for the International Space Station- Authored and delivered high impact technical communications, including Basis of Estimates (BoEs), for multiple iterations of potential PLUTO team support amid ISS budget reductions, collaborating with ISS Program stakeholders to ensure supportability- Directed team reviews of Station Support Computer (SSC) and Joint Station LAN (JSL) software projects and milestones to verify team readiness and project delivery timeliness- Introduced significant improvements to team morale and culture through initiatives including peer recognition programs, team-building activities, and one-on-ones, leading to increased buy-in- Developed and optimized quarterly console staffing plans for real-time ISS support, increasing trainee certification throughput and decreasing console workload for certified team members.
