I\'m part of a small Strategy & Planning team, which develops and runs a wide variety of corporate development projects and provides \"early-life support\" for strategic initiatives within IPF plc. My activities in the last few years have included:* 2021 to date: Founding member of a team responsible for establishing strategic partnerships between IPF and other financial institutions, payment service providers, e-commerce platforms and retailers, including research into purchase finance opportunities, preparation of partnership business cases & B2B commercial agreements, and monitoring of live retail finance partnerships in Romania, Mexico and beyond.* 2020/21: Project management of the development of a credit card product for IPF\'s Poland business, including coordination of related licensing & corporate structuring work. And from 2024, supporting the expansion of credit cards from Poland to IPF Romania.* 2019: Project management of M&A activity, including coordination of due diligence, preparation of transaction documents and regulatory approvals* 2019: Project management of a programme to transform IPF\'s European Home Credit businesses* 2019: Leading the production of materials to apply for a 2nd credit rating for IPF plc, which resulted in Moody\'s granting a \"Ba3, stable\" rating in April 2019* 2018/19: Leading improvements in the IPF financial planning cycle at Group and local market level* 2018: Investigations into regulatory licensing options for IPF subsidiaries in the EU, including business plan preparation with IPF experts and external advisors
