Blalab allows you to train for an inter-personal situation with which you are having difficulties, either privately and/or professionally.It\'s hard for you to go through a job interview, participate in an assessment with your N+1, negotiate a pay rise, speak in public.Brief our professional comedians and, during a blalab session, they will simulate a situation that poses a problem for you and play the role of your interlocutor.During one hour, via a tool such as Skype, you will train with our comedians to the situation described, you will be challenged during the role-play.A way to train without putting yourself in danger, without doing it in front of a group, while perfectly targeting your needs.

It was in that I jumped into management, pedagogy, edutainment, digital learning, business theatre and any other form that enables trainees to learn better and to learn by giving meaning to their actions. After a professional career in Belgium with large Bel20 companies, I moved on to work with other large CAC40 companies, with one constant concern:\"creativity in training\" whether it be digital, classroom or hybrid. GUICHETS FERMÉS,\"the pioneer of theatre in companies in France\", or rather Catherine and Jean-Louis, the creators of Guichets Fermés in 1992, had the same mutual professional love affair, and it was natural that, after 30 years of innovative practices on their part, a transmission was envisaged to make the GUICHETS FERMES training organisation sustainable for another 30 years (and beyond). I use my know-how, my sensitivity, my expertise as a manager in a human approach to entrepreneurship and training.
