At Amazon Devices & Services, I lead teams across sound, haptics, illustration, and iconography—crafting cohesive, multi-sensory experiences for products like Echo, Fire TV, and Alexa. With over 15 years in audio design and UX strategy, I’ve built scalable frameworks, led creative direction, and developed systems that bring emotional depth and clarity to digital experiences.    Lead the Amazon Devices & Services horizontal sound, illustration, iconography, and haptics UX design team. Endpoints include Echo, Echo Show, Fire TV, Fire Tablet, Alexa Mobile App, and a suite of Alexa-enabled 1p and 3p devices- Develop scalable design frameworks to drive UX consistency & coherency across the family of device endpoints- Define & drive creative strategy across each team function, operationalizing to scale impact across the person D&S organization- Review design programs with senior leadership at the VP & SVP level, driving alignment with key stakeholders to ensure team output informs and is informed by D&S leadership strategic vision- Build, scale, and maintain asset repositories (Git, Bynder) across each discipline, ensuring file structure & naming taxonomy is consistent and understandable at scale.
