We co-founded the firm in Northern California and originally focused on technology, energy and banking clients. Then we moved to Los Angeles in 1997 and expanded to train professional service firms. Our focus is on applying cutting edge communication techniques to drive business. I am responsible for the research and development of our methodology, combining entertainment industry skills with the latest findings in cognitive science.My partner Deborah is responsible for turning my research into interactive exercises and materials. Together we coach and train individuals, teams and entire companies.
