My role involves running, supervising and successfully settling personal injury cases.The process starts from the initial conversation with the client through to trial of a case before a Judge.I mainly handle a range of serious injury cases where the compensation sought is usually in excess of These include cases where a client has suffered brain injury, spinal injury but also fractures, soft tissue injuries and psychiatric injuries. The cases I deal with are complicated and need careful planning and implementation. The process can sometimes be long, but I will always seek to deliver an outcome to the case at the earliest possible point, thereby delivering an efficient and value added service to my client.I try to empathise with my clients and provide practical solutions to problems as we progress through the case. Customer service is everything. My clients have high expectations and my purpose is to deliver.To my colleagues I offer support, advice and guidance. I facilitate them to operate as efficiently as possible.
