I am a seasoned TA Manager / Lead with over 8+ years of technical recruitment experience and 5 years of managing recruitment teams of 3-12 direct reports both onshore and offshore (India, Philippines, USA) recruiters. During my career I have supported mainly banking, AI, and fin tech companies, such as TD, RBC Capital Markets, TD Securities, CIBC, Goldman Sachs, Layer6 AI and now Tangerine/Scotiabank. I have successfully made over 350 technical placements for FTE/contingent employees.(I.e. developers, architects, UX/UI, engineering managers/directors, head of development, development leads, IT PM) As a result, making over $1.5MM in agency fees and as a in-house recruiter this has resulted in large cost savings from avoiding agency use and contingent -> FTE conversions Dual European Citizenship (Poland & Canada)Proudest achievement: Self taught in day trading during Covid-19, earning my first by trade before year end 2020 and have successfully made 400+ placements as a recruiter
