Neom Green Hydrogen Windfarm. Employed as the Senior EHS Manager for the construction of currently the worlds largest (1.64GW) onshore Windfarm (256 WTGs) covering over 200km2 of active construction site. For this role, I assured compliance with regulations and maintained effective communication with regulatory and government bodies, shareholders, and stakeholders. I played a pivotal role in molding and elevating safety culture to promote heightened awareness among all project participants. I offered valuable guidance on governance, compliance, company policy, and strategy, alongside advising on risk mitigation strategies. I directed investigations into accidents and incidents as well as acted as crucial link between incidents and learning opportunities on behalf of esteemed Client. Key Achievements:• Formulated comprehensive safety management systems adhering to both Saudi Arabian legislation and Industry standards, whilst promoting best practices throughout project.• Conducted thorough hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) and hazard identification studies (HAZIDS) to enhance safety precautions.• Facilitated alignment between Chinese and Middle Eastern regulatory requirements to ensure seamless compliance.• Promoted close collaboration and cooperation with business partners to enable project\'s success.
