About David Biek
I have just begun a new role as Senior Architect at Coburn Partners. I will continue in my role as principal of Arcadea Architecture, as I have for the past 30 years. Coburn is a multi-disciplinary Develop/ Design/ & Construction firm where I can leverage my experience with a larger team. Arcadea is a boutique architectural and interior design firm also based in Boulder, Colorado. Arcadea is merging into Coburn, but also remaining separate. I will continue to lead a team of talented designers who provide beautiful, imaginative, and comprehensive services for a variety of projects. From energy efficient residential remodels to mid-sized mixed-use developments, we design tranquil, simple, and practical spaces that maximize value for our clients, tightly manage cost and quality, and carefully conserve resources.I have developed a passion and expertise for finely detailed, sustainable design. I also enjoy collaborating with other professionals, owners, and community members, to ensure the success of each project. My specialties include custom homes and remodels, adaptive re-use, mixed-use, office, retail, hospitality, and multi-family projects.
