For over 37 years, David Bennett (AIBD, CPBD) and Triangle Residential Designs have continued to provide unique and affordable custom home designs, a huge stock plan library, addition/renovation design, space planning, architectural promotion materials and engineering services. Specialties: I have been designing custom homes for over 37 years, specializing in single family custom home design, additions/renovations, fire restoration and multi-family projects. My goal is to bring my clients dreams of a new home to life. I pride myself on being able to listen to what is desired, know what is feasible, and being able to manipulate those sometime contrasting concepts into an aesthetically pleasing, affordable design. I have had my work featured on HGTV and am also a founding member of the Wake Co. HBA 50+ Housing Council.
