Hi, I\'m a technical leader with over 10 years of experience in software engineering for digital products and an educational background in design.In my role as an engineering manager, I create an environment of trust, autonomy and clarity necessary for high-performing teams. As a servant leader to my cross-functional team, I work with stakeholders to develop the team\'s strategy and collaborate with the team to define its roadmap. I use pragmatic scoping to deliver value and allow for easy adjustments to change. Additionally, I set measurable goals to ensure team success. Through mentoring and coaching, I empower team members to solve complex challenges and achieve personal growth within and beyond the team.In my role as technical lead, I\'m excited to find solutions to complex technical and non-technical challenges. Delightful digital products are crafted by combining product, design and engineering within given business goals, financial and legal constraints, and security requirements. Reliable, performant, and elegant solutions that support growth and scale are always a cross-functional endeavor. Through clear and direct communication across domains and stakeholders, I drive the alignment necessary to deliver high quality software.
