These include topics ranging from self-employment, licensing, marketing, business planning & Business Model Canvas, intellectual property, customer service, etc.• Leading a team of exceptional staff including business officers and research officers, including recruitment and training.• Creation of content for website, blogs, and other written and also design of many types of marketing and promotional materials• Strategic and operational planning with the management team• Keeping up to date with business trends, resources, and service providers• Actively engaged with the small business community digitally through social media and in-person at events.• Proposal of new innovative ideas and concepts, and in bringing them to life, including adoption of new technologies.• Administration, entry and reporting metrics with CRM and compilation of quarterly, annual and final reports• Engaging, connecting and collaborating with hundreds of business professionals including many service providers in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
