Serving as the local economic advisor regarding real estate, I provide the missing information buyers and sellers need when deciding the best time and best action to take to achieve their real estate goals. We will be motivated by a desire to help, comfort, please, and uphold a fiduciary responsibility to those we meet in a personal relationship and through our relationships in real estate. About David BatesMy career in sales started with selling automated library systems all over the Southeastern United States. I contracted deals with Municipalities and Universities that ranged from $400K to $2M. After 12 years in that industry I decided to move to Florida. I was accustomed to building relationships with clients and supporting transactions from day one until the close, and I knew how to negotiate contracts, so transitioning into Real Estate felt very natural.
