Back-end developer on SLICK, our SLO platform at the company, which enables service owners to track the reliability of their systems over time. Drove several large projects in collaboration with various other teams at the company, e.g, re-built our data ingestion pipeline to improve data freshness, added periodic reporting capability, and introduced end-to-end correctness tests. Previously worked in the GraphQL Efficiency team until January 2020, improving mobile app performance and reducing data center costs. Built server-driven infrastructure for experimentation, shortening the iteration cycle and improving developer experience. Significantly increased the responsiveness of high-value product surfaces in the Facebook app through partnerships with product teams. Used several languages at the company, including Python, C++, Hack, Java (Android) and Objective C (iOS).
