That’s where I come in, to serve, help, and use my experience of over two decades of advising clients in managing the largest indebtedness they will ever take on in their lives. I’ve been a mortgage planner for over 25 years. I believe my role is to help educate you through the process so that you’re absolutely comfortable with your financial decisions and structure the debt side of your balance sheet to stay healthy long after the loan closes. Most importantly, my role is to teach rather than sell. After all these years, I still love the mortgage business. My greatest satisfaction is becoming an essential part of the financial wellbeing of my clients, helping them grow, protecting them from undue cost, and playing a role in their ultimate financial success. Taking the debt side of your balance sheet seriously is just as important as the asset side. My clients range from first-time homebuyers to high net worth individuals with complex financials and everything in between. At the end of the day, debt is debt, and we all manage it regardless of how many commas are in our bank account. I’m always excited to meet new clients and create new friendships.
