I bring a unique journey to the world of sales and service management. Born and raised in Mexico as the son of a missionary family, I spent 13 years leading and growing a diverse network of churches, where I honed my ability to connect across cultures, inspire teams, and navigate constant change.In 2015, I took a leap of faith and moved my family to Atlanta with no backup plan. I started as an SDR in outsourced sales, where I worked with 10+ organizations across multiple industries. I quickly became a consistent top performer, exceeded quota, earned a spot in President’s Club, and was selected as a company mentor to coach and develop new hires through a 10-week training program.The following year, I joined a startup to help build their business development function in-house. I designed messaging, cadences, and prospecting strategy, then transitioned into an Account Executive role. There, I owned the full sales cycle from lead to revenue while also hiring, training, and managing the SDR team.Today, I’m part of Atlassian, where I help organizations transform IT and business operations by ending bad service management.
