Operation Rebirth Christian Academy (ORCA) empowers young men to overcome challenges through a Christ-centered education and family-focused ministry. As Executive Director, I lead efforts to develop academic, spiritual, and relational growth strategies, ensuring successful reintegration into families and communities. Leveraging over thirty years of program and change management expertise, I help foster transformative outcomes for students and their families. Also, as State of Ohio President for the Air & Space Forces Association (AFA’), I guide six chapters and over 4,300 members in advocating for air and space power while mentoring future leaders. My leadership reflects a commitment to operational excellence, collaboration, and mission-driven success; a fact supported by both national Non-Profit Organizational awards as well as national and local leadership awards.
