About Dave Swartz

I have a passion for leading people. Over the past 20 years, I’ve learned how to work with people from volunteers to floor level operators to presidents of companies, both large and small. This type of leading requires building trust with people as my actual positions have not required direct management. Listening is the key to getting people with various ideas, positions, and goals to come together around a larger project. I set high standards of achievement for myself and the teams that I lead. It is my belief that a strategic, data-driven approach is crucial for a team\'s success. I thrive in and help contribute to a culture of change and innovation. I’m stimulated by new challenges and situations; naturally a big-picture thinker. I’m known to be an innovative risk-taker and an articulate communicator. I’m comfortable acting in the absence of complete information if needed with the ability to make decisions while taking complete responsibility for them, undaunted by any potential failure.
