David is part of Deloitte\'s Value Creation Services Practice practice, within Performance Improvement. David supports both Corporate and Private Equity clients in driving value through improving operational performance whilst proactively managing risk. David has worked on numerous buy side, sell side and cost optimisation engagements over a range of different sectors, primarily focusing on synergy identification, cost reduction and value creation services. He has additionally supported integrations and transformation programmes for large corporate clients.
