I represent and counsel national and local insurers at an institutional level, across the Gulf South. My practice is focused on complex disputes, typically involving extra-contractual / bad faith allegations, coverage questions, catastrophe litigation, SIU (fraud) claims, large loss/injury, and strategic business and commercial litigation. I regularly train and advise my clients on best practices, claims handling, and recent developments; I consider the client relationship to be a partnership and my role to be more than reactive representation. By virtue of my location in New Orleans, I have unique experience with catastrophe litigation, having played a lead role for carriers in mass litigation following several hurricanes.
