Advising supervisors of DOT hours of service issues, this position requires suggesting workable solutions to maintain efficiencies for our customers. I am one of the dispatch supervisors to update 3PL websites, notifying them of any possible issues. I notify supervisor of possible profitable open bids on the 3PL websites. I am responsible for planning city operations pickups and deliveries, while helping maintain an effective dock. Contacting road service in case of breakdowns - and advising supervisors and clients of any issues (and our solutions)- is also an important part of my position.
