As a Senior Project Manager for Phoenix Power Group, I am assigned to our Corporate Headquarters located in Paramus, New Jersey. I play a key role in working with our project teams and leadership team on multiple new projects from the beginning phases all the way through project completion. I am proud to have been on the front end of our largest project to date, The Intermountain Power Agency / LADWP Project (IPP Renewed) which consist of 2 500kV HVDC Converter Building Projects located in Delta, UT and Adelanto, CA. My responsibilities for the Utah site included leading and overseeing all aspects of this construction project up to mobilization and starting construction. The projects are scheduled from 1Q24 to 1Q28. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing project plans in line with contractual obligations while adhering to company policies and mission. In addition, this position involves on-site management, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and client expectations, supervising construction activities, coordinating resources, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors. In conclusion, the role requires the establishment of project objectives, the implementation of project execution and quality management systems, and monitoring progress to ensure timely, budget-compliant completion according to specifications. This position is instrumental in team building, strategic planning, and reporting, ensuring that company goals and client satisfaction are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
