At Lexus of Bellevue (O’Brien Auto Group), I had the opportunity to further grow my professional skills in the automotive industry. Starting in the Service BDC Representative role, where I manage customer appointments, coordinate with advisors, and provide ongoing support to maintain high service standards. Both positions have strengthened my customer service, communication, and operations management abilities in a fast-paced, client-focused time, and while working at A-1 Piano as an IT Manager, I have accumulated many practical and essential IT skills, such as managing internet networks & servers, small business scale web design & web development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), copywriting, web integrations (using Python & JavaScript). Two years and three months later, I had the opportunity to raise my income by taking the lead role of being the Move Department Manager. This position is helping me gain a significant amount of sales experience in a high call volume setting, as well as a variety of business skills. Currently, I am working at A-1 Piano as the Move Department Manager, where I am expanding my repertoire of essential business and IT skills.
