ABOUT DAVID AMY
I’ve spent the last decade working across recruitment, HR tech, and AI-powered Talent solutions—helping organizations rethink how they attract, grow, and retain people. I started my career as a recruiter and HR practitioner, later moved into HR tech sales, and went on twice to serve as Head of Sales, with one successful exit (so far) and most recently led GTM at an AI-focused HR Tech company supporting both global enterprise and public sector clients.In previous roles I’ve been fortunate enough to help organizations apply AI to transform how they hire, develop, and retain talent—seeing firsthand the impact it can have on their business outcomes is I’m especially excited that Dayforce is doubling down on AI innovation!That, and of course, the opportunity to help clients rewire their workforce strategies using a single, unified AI powered system:)When I’m not working, I’m usually learning something new (currently Python and cooking things that aren’t eggs), playing rugby, or travelling somewhere far enough to warrant packing a second pair of shoes.
