As CEO, my mission is to solve one of the most universal challenges in business: unlocking and scaling the collective know-how of a team. I lead a company dedicated to turning scattered internal knowledge into a powerful, accessible asset that drives performance and empowers employees.Our primary product, bOpus, is a connected worker platform designed to help small and mid-size businesses easily document, share, and manage their standard operating procedures. We provide the tools to ensure that \"how things get done\" is no longer trapped in the minds of a few key people, but is instead a reliable, on-demand resource for the entire organization.That core principle of delivering actionable knowledge was forged on the factory floor. Through our manufacturing-specific SaaS product, Ai.Downtime, we use advanced AI to pinpoint the root causes of production downtime. We saw firsthand that identifying the problem was only half the battle. This experience proved the critical need for a system that delivers the solution, which led to the development of the bOpus platform as the essential companion.
