David is an organisational psychologist with a focus on applying individual-level behavioural science to organisational-level outcomes. He specialises in the development of mid- to senior-level management using bespoke learning programmes for groups alongside the delivery of peripatetic executive coaching, with over 250 coaching hours delivered. From a research perspective, he is particularly interested in how organisations and employees alike can benefit when data from real-time analytical measurement is combined with individual behavioural (psychometric) assessment.David’s coaching approach is heavily based upon Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and involves combining a mix of non-directive and directive coaching along with an organisational-context application of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. As an accredited psychometric tester, David is qualified in 8 suites of tools (Saville, TalentQ, NEO, 16PF, PAPI3, Strengthscope, OPQ32 and Lumina) and most often uses Lumina Spark with organisational clients and NEO PI-3 for holistic coaching as well as in research. His experience with the statistical foundation of psychometric testing (typically using SPSS) as well as experience in Alteryx and Tableau provide an end-to-end basis on the creation, analysis and visual display of behaviour-based insights.
