I teach the Cyber Skills and Dispute Resolution course that I created, Arbitration, Arbitration Skills, Employment Discrimination Law, Labor Law, Employment Law, Disability Law and Torts. John H. Faricy Jr. Chair for Empirical Research. Former Director of the law school\'s nationally ranked Dispute Resolution Institute and founder and Editor in Chief of the Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Employment (CCH, Inc. see at Hein Online) Taught summer courses at the University of Modena (Italy), the University of Queensland (Australia), and an International Commercial Arbitration course in Paris, France. Serve(d) on numerous law school and university committees, including Admissions, Appointments, Tenure and Promotion, University Accreditation and University Strategic Plan, Academic Affairs and Curriculum, Retirement and Benefit Plan, and Technology Strategic Planning. My current scholarship focuses on Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), Arbitration, Negotiation, Employment Discrimination Law, Employment Law, Labor Law, and Access to Justice.
