Finished construction and commissioning, operationalized the site ensuring stated RFS dates were achieved and the site was ready for customer fit out.* Meets or exceeds customer SLA’s by ensuring N+1 critical infrastructure is consistently maintained and operated to meet ISO and Uptime Institute standards.* Plays a key leadership role in the pre-construction planning and design of a greenfield liquid cooled AI data center development in Georgia (180MW).* Led bitcoin mining data center operations across (4) sites in the U.S. and Canada totaling 160MW of direct to chip liquid cooled and air-cooled capacity.* Oversaw the greenfield construction of a 100MW direct to chip bitcoin mining data center in Texas, a 30MW direct to chip bitcoin mining data center in North Dakota, and the construction of (2) 300MW power substations in Texas. Managed the general contractors, engineering firms, owner’s agents, project teams, and utilities.* Led pre-construction planning and design activities to develop a 500MW greenfield data center in Texas to include hiring the engineering and design firm, general contractor, owner’s agent, and forming a project team.* Worked closely with the C-suite and bankers on the divestiture of the bitcoin mining data center business.
