ABOUT DAVID AITKEN
I am the Director of Product Delivery at Secarma. My focus is on scaling delivery capability, shaping systems, products and services that drive revenue growth, as well as transforming the customer journey and experience to strengthen long-term relationships.My career spans over a decade in technology leadership, including eleven years at UKFast where I led major delivery programmes, drove double-digit revenue growth through two delivery teams, and managed the implementation of a c.£1m CRM platform. I later supported transformation and delivery alignment post-integration with ANS, following that was part of the founding team at consultancy start-up PTX Technologies where I established the PMO function to support both early growth and long-term structure.I bring a collaborative and people-first approach to leadership, creating environments where teams can innovate, grow, and deliver meaningful outcomes that support transformation for customers and the business.
