I partner directly with legal counsel to architect and implement comprehensive compliance frameworks across nationwide operations.My duties include overseeing critical compliance programs, including US compliance reporting and affirmative action planning, OFCCP audits, and implementing a HR policy governance strategy. I enjoy managing one associate, creating scalable HR policies and programs, and partnering with our employment law team and HR stakeholders to ensure the operationalization of new employment regulations.
