Sourcing, executing and providing executive leadership for scaled, private equity investments in the media and financial technology sectors. ForgeLight\'s first investment was the $8B acquisition, with other equity partners and Televisa, of Univision Communications in 12/20. We then merged Univision with Televisa in a $15B merger. ForgeLight has ~$750M of equity invested in TU across 4 different funds, each a separate SPV, representing ~22% ownership in TU, where Wade is the CEO. ForgeLight\'s second investment was a VC investment in The Bank of London. ForgeLight\'s second \"platform deal\" was the $1B acquisition of Netspend from Global Payments (now named NxR) along with SearchLight Capital Partners. ForgeLight owns ~30% of NxR and has a ForgeLight partner serving as the Chief Product Officer. Leading the family office efforts of ForgeLight\'s founder including overseeing 100%-owned PE investments and VC investments
