Over 3K customers, 325K unique daily users, 1 billion daily API calls, and 99.99% uptime.My global (US, Belfast, Bangalore, and Uruguay) team of 135 developers, QA, QE, and product owners is responsible for iManage\'s platform: cloud (Java/Azure) and on-prem backend, web client front end (Angular/TypeScript), Microsoft Teams integration, Microsoft Copilot integration, OCR (Microsoft Document Intelligence), Coauthoring (Microsoft CSPP Plus) as well as several profitable add-on products (virtual drive, threat detection, and record retention/destruction compliance). In the last three years, we have switched from all on-prem to nearly half our customer base in the cloud. This has required massive scalability with the ability to migrate active repositories without interference to the customer.Credit is due to my team. They are talented and hard-working.
