David is an author of business leadership books, a leadership and team development coach, trainer, facilitator, and speaker. He brings over twenty years of leadership experience in organizations, team development, and training. He has facilitated and spoken for a wide variety of training events and retreats.David has worked in a wide array of capacities from a high school teacher, to a pastor, to an organizational health consultant. It was in the environment of church leadership that he began to interact with numerous business leaders in the community from hospital CEOs to presidents of non-profits. This unique experience gave him a window into the fast-paced world of executive leadership coaching. Achata Coaching Inc. was founded in 2011 to make space for leaders to find vision.Since then, David has had the privilege of serving top leaders from multi-billion-dollar companies to local entrepreneurs seeking ways to enhance their effectiveness in executive leadership, team development, and leadership development. He’s worked in industries such as health care, manufacturing, property development, semiconductors, veterinarian services, lumber, tires, aerial firefighting, and more.He holds a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Development and is an ICF Certified Executive Coach (PCC). David is well versed in using the MBTI®, CPI260®, and the TKI® and TTI Success Insights® DISC colors and is a Certified Mentor Coach through the College of Executive Coaching.
