I am a Human Resources professional, with an Industrial/Organizational Psychology focused undergraduate education from Portland State University. I come from a retail and non-profit management background but transitioned into safety distribution in 2022.Everyday, my goal is to help to enhance company culture and increase employee engagement and satisfaction. I am a change maker and skilled in creating and advising on HR initiatives with several years of experience doing audits and consulting. I thrive in developing of processes, policies, and procedures and am strengthening my people analytics skills to better aid in reporting and analyzing trends within the organization.In my current role as HR Business Partner, I get use my analytical thinking skills and passion for innovation to create and align HR and leadership goals with company goals while leading the inclusion initiative here at Mallory. I am thrilled to support the fastest growing safety and industrial supply distribution company in the nation.
