About David Killinger

I have been working for the Federal Government in the field of Information Technology since 2001. I am experienced in Facilitation, Training, Troubleshooting and Customer Service. Beginning in 2014, I have been specializing in Web Development, Data Analysis, and Customer Service where I assist in Marketing and Communications. In 2015 I earned my Associate Broker Real Estate license in the State of Colorado. I have worked with ReMax, and a boutique company based out of Denver named MyCore Properties. Since 2017 I now hang my license at Modern Real Estate, where I earned \"Rookie of the Year\" honors. In late 2018 I earned my Managing/Employing Broker License, and managed a small brokerage out of Broomfield for 2019. My wife Summer, has since earned her Associate Broker\'s license, and we have teamed up and hang our licenses at LoKation Real Estate. I have also been a percussion instructor at the high school and independent level since 1996 winning multiple State and National Championships as a performer and instructor while specializing in composition and motivation. In 2011 I began composing Marching Band Drill and Choreography and have received multiple high visual marks in state contests.
