Dual-trained as both a physician and attorney, I bring a distinctive blend of clinical insight and legal acumen to executive leadership in healthcare. As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Ivy Rehab (a rapidly growing network of over 700 best-in-class outpatient physical, occupational, speech and ABA therapy clinics throughout the United States), I lead legal, regulatory, and enterprise risk strategy for a high-growth, multi-state, private equity-backed provider platform.With extensive experience supporting PE-sponsored expansion, I serve as a strategic partner to the C-suite and Board—designing legal frameworks that enable disciplined scaling, operational integrity, and long-term value creation.
