Currently working as Staff product design engineer working at Sunny Opotech US Lab, I lead the design of camera modules including OIS, AF cameras and all optical related components such as micro projector and LED modules. The optical related device adhesive application database was created in my short journey with Sunny and more to come. As a product design engineer previously worked at Meta, I lead the product design engineering team for smart wearable devices, focusing on waterproofing, adhesive bonding, and interconnecting techniques and innovations. I have invented and implemented the Meta water seal PD design database and the validation SOP, which have enhanced the product quality and reliability. I have also spearheaded the metal-enclosure manufacturing process for smart wearables, optimizing the CNC, NMT, and metal surface treatment techniques.
