A cynical person once told me that no matter what someone says about their motivation to work, their primary driver is the money. Whilst I understand that everybody has bills to pay, is this really the right attitude to have towards what you spend most of your life doing? I have a passion for helping people, and the idealist in me wants to make the world a better place which is why the work that I do is centred around both of those things. I match passionate, skilled and experienced people with the businesses that need them, and I am working towards improving the general standards of education in the UK and hopefully eventually beyond our borders to the rest of the world. These two things are not mutually exclusive as a good education can lead to a flourishing career.An idea is the beginning of a business, but people are what make it real and nourish it to grow. It is upon this that I base the importance of what I do.
