I’m a software engineer who is working at Capital One. I currently support the Commercial Tech organization, where we are working to transform the future of the Commercial Banking industry. Capital One’s Commercial Bank is a top 10 U.S. bank that services an $80 billion loan portfolio. In Commercial Tech, we’re the backbone of that business. We build the innovative digital platforms that our clients use. I love Commercial Tech because of the culture-first mentality. The department only has about 700 associates, so we’re nimble. Our size lets us connect with leadership and, at the same time, easily partner on the things that matter—like rolling out tech across the Enterprise.
