I began my career in the mortgage industry following a brief career in professional baseball. Since December of 2009, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of people, from all walks of life, on a multitude of transactions. The knowledge and experience gained from each of those interactions has been priceless. Whether it\'s working with a first time home buyer, helping someone buy a 2nd home, or refinancing a current one; I have found that communicating openly and honestly through out the application process is key to building long-term relationships with my clients. Our aim is to provide our clients with competitive rates and reasonable fees, while keeping our clients informed and educated throughout the process. Family First Funding is a Direct Lender that is licensed in NJ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, KS, LA, MA, MD, MO, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN and TX. We offer a high level of expertise in mortgage banking services and offer superior personal service to our clients. We take pride in knowing that a majority of our initial business comes from repeat clients and referrals. At Family First Funding, LLC, we have the ability to underwrite files within our corporate office in Toms River, New Jersey. While we would like to fund every loan ourselves, we realize that some borrowers do not fit the normal lending box. For that reason we have over 15 relationships with FHA and special Niche investors that allow us to provide financing for borrowers with less than perfect credit, no ability to document income (Commercial Loans), unique properties, and “back against the wall” deadlines.
