Design product catalogs, pricing strategies, and self-service features that meet market demands and boost user satisfaction.• Conduct user journey mapping to identify customer pain points, implementing enhancements that elevate the digital experience. Lead integration efforts across OSS, BSS, and related systems to facilitate efficient data exchange. Create test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate system performance against requirements.• Deliver analytics and reporting on network performance, revenue management, and business insights for strategic decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvements. Support carrier management, interconnect agreements, and wholesale billing operations, ensuring SLA compliance and optimizing traffic routing.• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g, PCI-DSS, KYC/AML) across system requirements and product enhancements, addressing regulatory impacts with compliance teams. Implement process changes to enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.• Act as a key liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners, driving requirements gathering, system enhancements, and product development initiatives that align with business objectives and customer needs.
