As a Key Account Director at 360 resourcing, I worked with a multitude of clients from a variety of sectors. Accountable for establishing, developing, and maintaining exceptional and beneficial working relationships with clients, consistently delivering against expectations. Displaying a thorough understanding of clients\' needs, requirements, and appropriate markets, regularly attending on-site to undertake performance and service reviews in collaboration with clients, identifying any areas of concern and proactively addressing the same, through the recommendation of solutions to meet both advertising and recruitment needs; resolutions including online advertising, the introduction of new technologies such as Applicant tracking systems and Engagement tools, utilisation of agency services and the implementation of social marketing strategy among others Throughout this role, I have designed, implemented, and developed a variety of recruitment solutions varying in complexity wholly dependent on the client\'s needs whilst also managing a team of Account managers ensuring that monthly and annual targets are not only achieved but exceeded.
