I’ve always been fascinated by how things work, some of my earliest memories are of a screwdriver and too much curiosity. Throughout my career in technology, I\'ve harnessed this curiosity to build, scale, and optimize meaningful solutions. My approach involves a commitment to delivering measurable results, engaging stakeholders, nurturing strong teams, and adapting strategies in evolving circumstances.As I\'ve matured, my curiosity has evolved towards a more focused aspiration of assisting and empowering others in their own journeys. I find particular fulfilment in aiding my team members in developing the non-engineering aspects of their careers, lending my voice as an advocate and acting as a mentor. Witnessing their growth, development, and maturation as engineers, as well as their ability to solve challenges on their own, is a truly rewarding experienceThroughout my professional journey, I\'ve had the privilege of working in diverse industries, including metasearch, travel, oil and gas, eCommerce, education, and telecoms.
